Following is the date sheet for mid term / 1st hlp exams for intermediate classes that is decided after the consent of all staff members of ACG including Principal.

Rules and Regulations
1. General Conduct
  1. Students must carry their college ID card and admit card for verification.
  2. All students must be seated in the examination hall 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
  3. Latecomers will not be allowed entry 15 minutes after the exam begins.
  4. Strict silence must be maintained during the examination. Any disturbance will lead to disqualification.
2. Permissible Items
  1. Students are allowed to bring only essential items such as pens, pencils, erasers, and calculators (if specified).
  2. Mobile phones, smartwatches, and any other electronic devices are strictly prohibited. Violations will lead to confiscation and disciplinary action.
  3. Exam stationery such as answer sheets and question papers will be provided by the college.
3. Exam Process
  1. Students must ensure their name, roll number, and other required details are filled correctly on the answer sheet.
  2. Sharing or borrowing items during the exam is strictly prohibited.
  3. Students must raise their hand and seek permission from an invigilator if they need assistance or wish to leave the hall temporarily.
4. Academic Integrity
  1. Any form of cheating, including whispering, exchanging notes, or using unauthorized materials, will result in immediate cancellation of the paper and further disciplinary action.
  2. Plagiarism or copying from another student will not be tolerated.
5. Submission
  1. Students must stop writing immediately when the invigilator announces the end of the exam.
  2. Ensure the answer sheet is handed over to the invigilator before leaving the examination hall.
6. Miscellaneous
  1. Students must follow seating arrangements as assigned by the college.
  2. Any medical emergencies or special needs must be reported to the controller examination at least one week prior to the exam.
  3. In case of misconduct, the invigilator has the authority to take necessary action.
7. Attendance
  1. A minimum attendance requirement must be fulfilled to sit for the mid-term exam.
  2. Absentees will only be allowed to take a re-exam with prior approval and in special circumstances, such as illness (supported by a medical certificate).
Important Notice
 
  1. Exam timing is from 9:00AM to 12:00PM.
  2. College Timing shall be 8:15 am to 12:30 Pm (for students only)
  3. Leave is not allowed during exams.
  4. A fine of Rs. 500 per paper will be imposed for missing a single paper.
  5. Students scoring below 40% will be considered as failed.
